Something Blue

Have you ever wondered were the tradition for "Something Blue" started? As summer is fast approaching one of my favorite colors is blue. The color Blue has been connected to weddings for centries. In ancient Rome, brides wore blue to symbolize love, modesty, and fidelity. Before the late 19th century, blue was a popular color for wedding gowns. Here are some examples of the lovely color blue.

Blue is great for a vintage, garden, or ocean theme. Let your imagination go wild!

Corporate Event

This week Lasting Memories Event Planning has been working at a 4 day Pastoral event at a local church. First night we had a beautiful banquet with great food. Tonight we continue with an evening of refreshing for the Pastor's and a great dessert bar. Looking forward to posting pictures soon. Home to have a little R&R.
